About Muskogee's Monthly House Rentals

Our Story

Hello! We are Thomas & Chandra Faulk, longtime Muskogee residents, Christians, parents, grandparents, real estate investors, hosts and lovers of the outdoors. We have been married for 28 years and have six wonderful adult children and 2 amazing grandchildren!

We love to host family, friends, our kids' friends and anyone else who happens to drop by. We have traveled extensively ourselves, to places such as Mexico, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Germany, and all around the United States. These experiences have given us the opportunity to understand what guests are looking for when they travel...because it's the same things we wanted to have when we traveled.

We finished construction of a guest house on our property about 2 years ago, with the goal of it being a place of rest and relaxation for the business traveler visiting the Muskogee area. Because of the demand for furnished monthly housing, we have since expanded to adding a tiny house to the property as well as adding two more 2 bedroom homes in town. We hope to provide to our guests a unique type of monthly rental that prioritizes comfort, simplicity & practicality.

Our motto is "Work Well. Rest Well." We hope this defines your stay in Muskogee, and we look forward to providing that experience while you are on assignment here.
